Internships & Minimum Wage

Our March newsletter looks at two issues that may often be tied together:  Internships and Minimum Wage.  Internships are a great way for a new worker or a worker who has changed career paths to gain valuable work experience but often these types of workers fall prey to poor safety & business practices.

The minimum wage in Ontario is changing for the first time since 2010.  Remember: if you have earnings based benefits, you may need to take action before June 1st.
